What file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, OBJ, STEP, 3MF, and most common 3D file formats. If you have a different format, send it anyway and we'll let you know if we can work with it.
How long does printing take?
Most orders are ready in 2-3 days. Larger or more complex prints may take longer. We'll give you an accurate timeline when we quote your project.
I don't have a 3D file. Can you help?
Yes! Send us a sketch, photo, or description of what you need. We offer design services to create 3D models from your ideas.
How do I pay?
We accept M-Pesa (preferred), bank transfer, and cash on pickup. Payment is required before we start printing.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver within Nairobi. Pickup is also available. Delivery fees depend on your location.
What if I'm not happy with the print?
We do quality checks on every print. If there's a defect on our end, we'll reprint it for free. We also send photos before delivery so you can approve the result.
Is my design confidential?
Yes. We treat all customer files as confidential. We won't share, sell, or reuse your designs without permission.
